Ray’s career began at a bank servicing Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac loan pools, but he moved into title insurance work soon after and never looked back. Ray Summeier SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT – RESIDENTIAL SERVICES native of Indiana, Ray is a customer service ninja who has spent the last 15 years supporting buyers, sellers and real estate agents navigate through the closing process. Wolfe Miller Women Leaders in Real Estate Initiative, she enjoys supporting the program as it seeks to elevate women in real estate. Colleen holds a BA and JD, both from Loyola University Chicago, as well as an MBA from the University of Notre Dame where she graduated magna cum laude. She is also responsible for the development of the Near North Giving platform, a program designed to harness, promote and increase the impact that the organization and employees make in the community through charitable contributions and volunteerism. She continues to focus on Near North’s growth strategy and long term value-add initiatives as she expands operations across state lines and into new markets. Previously the EVP of the national commercial services division, she transitioned into her administrative role after spending nearly 15 years collaborating with REITs, law firms, lenders and developers to facilitate commercial transactions around the country. CLOSEĬolleen Quirk CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER & SENIOR COUNSEL oversees the marketing, human resources and strategic operations for Near North. When not in the office, Elisa spends lots of time in her garden, researching and recording episodes for her podcast, and working on all sorts of arts and crafts. Elisa holds a JD from the John Marshall Law School with a focus in real estate and renewable energy/environmental law with a certificate in sustainability. Elisa speaks often to new law school graduates and colleagues on navigating law careers, and combines her strong knowledge of transactional law with her passion for record collecting, music, and the culinary arts. In addition to underwriting commercial transactions, Elisa supplies Near North with underwriting memoranda on cutting edge topics and industry trends, and is a faculty gem in the Near North University crown, facilitating sophisticated educational experiences for Near North customers and staff. Supplementing her time with the industry’s largest underwriter she also gained perspective at Jenner & Block where she was a paralegal in the real estate department. Mentored by renowned underwriter Gina Giannelli, Elisa now shares with Near North her extensive experience. He is greatly involved in the local special needs community and serves on the Board of Itineris, Inc., an organization providing customized opportunities for autistic adults to obtain gainful employment and to participate meaningfully in all aspects of adult life.Īndrew lives in Towson, Maryland and, when not in the office, enjoys exploring any new restaurant with his wife, the wonderful chaos of his three children, and practicing (poorly done) yoga. He provides his wide-ranging experience to the national commercial underwriting practice at Near North, while focusing on building client relationships and conducting real estate seminars.Īndrew holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond and a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
